You can spice up your sandwiches and protein sources by adding it as a condiment. Eating healthy does not have to mean eating boring! Here's a recipe for one of my all time faves... Healthy Honey Mustard Dressing!
Ingredients you'll need: About half of a cup of plain fat free Greek Yogurt (which is about one small single serve container) 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard (you can also use dijon if you prefer a bit more spice) 1-2 tablespoons of honey 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
