This app focuses specifically on muscle building versus weight loss, however you will find a handy caloric calculator and grocery list feature. At $4.99 it's a little pricier than some, but it's worth trying out. Even the Top Fitness Apps on Amazon aren't going to help you pack on slabs of muscle or sweat off pounds of fat, but sometimes they can be the little nudge you need to bust through that plateau or to get you started. As far as paid apps go whether they become your new swolemate or not, they're still worth trying out!
